Accepted Insurance

At Arlington Physical Therapy we are happy to accept insurance! We know that your health is important and our physical therapists and staff are here to help you. If you choose not to use insurance, we are still happy to accept you as a Direct Access patient! As a Direct Access patient, you do NOT go through insurance you will NOT need to get a prescription from your doctor. However, if you DO choose to go through insurance, we are here to help you with the paperwork necessary. We know it can be complicated but we will make it easy for you: simply call us at 817-466-7672.
