Marketing Intern

Job Description

The Marketing Intern will report directly to the Operations Director to assist in all marketing operations and additional projects, as needed. The intern will contribute insightful strategies and processes to help elevate the clinic as a whole. Their main goal is to expand brand awareness and help more people get pain-free, naturally. This job is ideal for a person who takes initiative is independent, and has a creative mindset.

Job Duties

  • Assists the Operations Director with clinic workshops and events by participating in the planning, marketing, and day-of-event arrangements
  • Responsible for creating on-brand Newsletters and marketing materials
  • Responsible for clinic workshop- calling warm leads, and getting them into the practice
  • Responsible for tracking key performance Indicators and communicating those KPI’s to fellow team members
  • Administers clinic social media (Facebook, Instagram) by posting on-brand pictures and videos
  • Administers the clinic website to maximize SEO
  • Ensures online clinic information (Google, Yelp) is always up to date and is responsible for increasing the number of clinic reviews
  • Responsible for analyzing and tracking new patients
  • Research related articles, trends, and communicates new ideas to the Operations director
  • Assists the Operations Director with clinic projects, as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma

Desire to learn along with professional drive

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe


Ability to work independently


Current Enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing


Knowledge of Physical Therapy (preferred)

Video and graphic production skills (preferred)

College credits in communications, marketing, and media (preferred)

Experience using WordPress (preferred)


Job Type:
Part-Time Non-Exempt | $10-12/hour | 20 hours/week
