Marketing Assistant
Job Description
The Marketing Assistant/Intern will report directly to the Administration Manager to assist in all marketing operations and additional projects, as needed. The assistant will contribute insightful strategies and processes to help elevate the clinic as a whole. Their main goal is to expand brand awareness and help more people get pain-free, naturally. This job is ideal for a person who takes initiative is independent, has a creative mindset, and aligns with our core values.
Job Duties
- Assists the Administration Manager with clinic workshops and events by participating in the planning, marketing, and day-of-event arrangements
- Assists in creating on-brand Newsletters and marketing materials
- Administers clinic social media (Facebook, Instagram) by posting on-brand pictures and videos
- Administers the clinic website to maximize SEO
- Ensures online clinic information (Google, Yelp) is always up to date and is responsible for increasing the number of clinic reviews
- Analyzes and tracks patient referrals and referring doctors
- Research related articles, and trends, and communicates new ideas to the Administration Manager
- Assists the Administration manager with clinic projects, as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Desire to learn along with a professional drive
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe
- Current Enrollment in a related BS or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
Experience:
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy (preferred)
- Video and graphic production skills (preferred)
- College credits in communications, marketing, and media (preferred)
- Experience using WordPress (preferred)
Job Type:
Part-Time Non-Exempt | $15-22/ hour | 24 hours/week
