Kristi Maschal PT, MS
Physical Therapist
Kristi Maschal joined APT as a prior Board Certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and as an experienced clinician. Kristi received her BS from Texas Women's University in 1995 and her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from TWU in 1997. She has devoted most of her 16-year career working for hospital systems in outpatient and acute care settings. Kristi spent 4 years at a Trauma I hospital, working closely with the orthopedic trauma surgeons while gaining valuable experience rehabilitating the orthopedic trauma patient population. She was awarded "DFW Hospital Council Employee of the Year" in 2003 and was named a "Healthcare Hero" by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2005. In addition, the Texas Physical Therapy Association presented Kristi with the "Dorn Long Outstanding Clinical Educator Award" in 2007 for her role as a clinical instructor.

Kristi specializes in Manual Therapy, Orthopedics, Dry Needling, Cupping, Shoulder Injuries, and Spinal Disorders. She is a team leader and has been with APT for 5 years!


When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tim, and my 3 sons, Robert, Andrew, and Thomas on many exciting adventures in the mountains and on the beach.  We love to travel, hike, camp, and explore God’s amazing creation with our 2 dogs, Rocky and Bear.
