“Pain was preventing me from driving. Lifting over my head was extremely difficult and painful. The functionality of my shoulder improved by 85%. My pain decreased from 4/10 to 1/10 during motion. Steve and Josh did a great job with aiding my shoulder to recovery.”

“I am grateful for the therapist Steve. I came believing my pain was going to always be there. I was wrong. Steve helped me eliminate my neck & leg pain. I couldn’t ask for anything more! I will miss this wonderful staff!”

“I came to APT post-surgery on my neck. I had a very limited range of motion. The therapists and staff made me feel confident in my ability to resume normal, pre-op activities. With the care I received here, and the home exercises prescribed, I am able to resume my normal activities. I can drive again without having to turn my whole torso just to look to the side! It’s those little things we take for granted. I will continue to do my strengthening exercises and get stronger every day! I am so glad I found APT!”

“When I first came to APT I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff! I could tell that each staff member genuinely cared! At the beginning of my treatment, I was barely able to walk short distances without pain or discomfort in my knee. As a college student this was very discouraging. I was not able to hang out with my friends at the mall nor was I able to walk and grab lunch on campus. I missed participating in my normal daily activities. As the rehabilitation continued, I started walking longer distances and increased my activity level. Throughout the process each person encouraged me. Josh and Steve helped me tremendously! By the end of the treatment my leg strength and flexibility had increased. Now I can jog, walk, climb stairs, go to the mall, and do many other fun activities my college offers. Without APT I do not think I would have gotten to where I am today. I honestly looked forward to going to physical therapy. Each staff member treated me like family. I am incredibly grateful for everyone at Arlington Physical Therapy.”

“Since I started Physical Therapy for a Rotator Cuff problem, it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. Every therapist here has been truly helpful In making my condition stronger to use my right shoulder & arm. T.J. Has worked real hard with me to reach my goal, to get stronger & to go bowling Again, I never thought possible. I have more confidence in myself again. I feel like a new person now. I’m so happy I came to APT. I met wonderful people who care. Thank you all for being there for me.”

“I have had chronic back pain/ chiropractic care for the last 25 years. It was always present but some-what manageable with meds. Due to an injury 1.5 years ago I had been constant, unmanageable pain. This affected every aspect of life. I was 51 years old and had no hope of being pain-free, worrying that this was going to be the reality for the rest of my life. I truly believe that this place is a “God Thing.” My team listened, heard, and understood. Their approach was hands-on and heart-driven. The physical manipulation, education, and encouragement to follow through with my exercises at home was perfect. My motivation to follow through with the stretching and exercises daily has been vital to my success! Thank you, Ana Maria, Josh, TJ, and Jordan, for everything! You have been an answer to my prayers!”

“Before PT I couldn’t get off my couch/bed. Coming here, I was also in a wheelchair. Now, I am upright again. This is the best PT ever. I’ve been to many others and will never leave APT. They are miracle workers! The staff is so well trained and sweet. It is a pleasure to be here. I have commented about APT to many people and they all agree this is the place to recover.  Thanks to all at APT.”

“I can move super awesome as far as I am concerned!”

“I had severe lower back pain and pain in my quad… The staff at Arlington Physical Therapy were able to completely and understandably communicate my ailments and they equipped me with the tools I needed to heal myself but also to protect myself from future injuries! I am very grateful for all the staff here at APT.”

Patricia S.

A great staff of therapists, particularly Kristi & TJ, who helped me achieve my goals. I am now able to walk without pain… When I started at APT, I was limping on my right leg & having pain driving; lifting my leg from the gas pedal to the brake. It was determined that the problem was my lower back. Since I had both of my hips replaced, I was afraid of injuring myself – exercising on my own. Kristi & TJ taught me exercises & how to stretch gradually. After 6 weeks of therapy, I am now able to walk without limping and can drive my car with ease. Thank you, Arlington Physical Therapy, for your training and assistance & for giving me a pain free walk again!
