What do I wear to my PT session?

We suggest wearing clothing items you are comfortable in completing exercises and stretches. Typically, our patients wear active-wear like shorts, t-shirts, leggings or sweat pants. If you are being treated for your knee(s) we highly recommend bringing or wearing shorts with you to your treatment.

Do I need a prescription for Physical Therapy?

In the State of Texas, you do NOT need a prescription to begin Physical Therapy. A Physical Therapist can see you without a referral for up to 10 consecutive business days. At that point, you will need to get a prescription from a referring Physician (MD, DO, PA, NP, etc.) to continue your Physical Therapy treatment after those 10 days.

What do I need to do to completely recover? Will I have to attend PT forever?

The best thing to do for your pain, if you are worried about it coming back again in the future, is to complete all 3 phases of healing.

1. Phase One is where you focus on getting rid of the pain, numbness, and tingling.

2. Phase Two is where you focus on getting normal movement back and full strength.

3. Phase Three is where you go back to previous activities you want to do. Your therapist will teach you exercises, stretches and tips to do on your own so you have sustainable healing.

How can I pay my bill?

If you are still a patient with us, you can simply pay your bill when you come in for your next appointment!

If you are no longer a patient with us and you have a balance on your account, we will notify you by emailing you a notification and an invoice. This makes it easy to pay online instantly.
